Jack Schwarz

I’m a Business Management student at Salisbury University with a minor in Marketing. Through my coursework, work experience, and internship at Ryan Specialty, I’ve developed skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and business strategy.

During my Summer 2026 internship at Ryan Specialty, I learned more about specialty insurance, underwriting, and brokerage. I participated in team projects, case studies, and presentations, and shadowed professionals to understand how different departments work together.

My previous experience in hospitality and lifeguarding has helped me develop strong customer service, responsibility, and communication skills. I’ve also participated in community service projects, including Habitat for Humanity and Special Olympics.

My goal is to continue developing my business skills and pursue opportunities in specialty insurance, business operations, marketing, or strategy. I want to contribute to a team, learn from experienced professionals, and continue growing in my career.
